Giulio Agostini ef8abda048 Move variable resolution to middleend 
- Introduce AST-based visitor and resolver in middleend
- Update guard field and parser to use AstNode<Expr>
- Remove backend variable_resolution and adjust exports
- Expose middleend in the library
